Hocus Pocus Use Rosemary To  Focus

Lately I feel like my brain has melted. The state of the universe has created a dense fog that lays heavy over my heart and mind. I find myself wandering through the house because I cannot remember what I was going to do. I will open the refrigerator only to remember I was looking for my keys or search for a word that just stays on the tip of my tongue. Well, luckily I was able to remember that Rosemary can help with all that. This plant goes way back. In Ancient Greece Rosemary was believed to help with memory. In more recent times research has shown that it helps with thinking, concentration, and memory. It also happens to smell great! I like to diffuse it in the morning. It’s my aromatic “cup of coffee”. I will also diffuse it before an important meeting or a test. I like to combine it with lemon essential oil. The combination of lemon’s refreshing and cleansing qualities really boost the power of Rosemary. Plus their combined aroma is divine. These two oils are immune boosting as well so they help fortify you during times of stress created by things like tests and presentations and right now the world at large. So let's breath in some Rosemary to remember what we are thankful for and where we left our keys. Here is a diffuser recipe you may enjoy.
